Does it make my pc a virtual one?

the small dev team skimped on supporting iOS 18. when testing on another device, the app does not even use the little functionality that iOS 26 adds. not supporting recent iOS versions means that they are missing out on their customer base using phones older than iPhone Xs and even iPhone 13 users that dont want to update to the newer iOS 26 that hogs performance.
