We absolutely love DogTV at my house! Last year I purchased the yearly premium package, but unfortunately I wasn’t able to use it a majority the year. When I called, I was initially told the packages had changed and that I would need to upgrade, even though I couldn’t find any different package options online. My follow-up call with customer service wasn’t the best experience. Thankfully, a manager reached out to me by email and completely turned things around. She took the time to resolve the issue with my account and truly went above and beyond to make things right. That level of customer service made all the difference. Most importantly, my dogs love DogTV, and it’s become something we genuinely enjoy having in our home. Because of the excellent support I ultimately received and the quality of the service, I highly recommend DogTV to other pet owners!

I’m the sucker that bought a year subscription with the intention that the 24hr live streams will keep running until I turn it off. Unfortunately this is not how it works. This is not a TV or app settings issue. The app just stops/pauses after a few hours. If you want this for your dog when you’re away for extended periods of time look elsewhere.
