Does not work anymore. Was great but now it does not move. I deleted the app and reinstalled it but it still doesn’t work

Several months ago the app stopped opening up. I’ve tried to re-add it and restart my phone. Nothing helps. It used to be the best weather app for the radar. I was even using it after moving to NC. I’ll miss it.
