Recent reviews
Just started using this app again after the 10 day trial a few months ago. When you start your workout, it does not start a timer for the warm-up exercises such as jogging or jump rope so you have to time it on your watch or something which is silly. Also, the app is very glitchy. It does not advance from set to set you have to manually advance it after completing a set and then sometimes when you complete a set one of three it goes onto the next exercise so you have to back up to complete sets two and three.

It never let me start the workouts

I am really enjoying the workouts and the companion videos for each exercise. I also like that you can record weighed reps and sets and see a summary at the end of the workout.
