HOW TO USE:

Select a photo from photo album or take a picture with camera.
Double-tap on the photo to add a new balloon.
Tap on the balloon to display Pop-up menu.
Double-tap on the balloon to open Balloon Editor.
Tap and drag inside the balloon with one finger to move.
Pinch open/close the balloon with two fingers to resize.
Tap and drag the tip of the tail to change its direction.

I find this app very useful. I noticed that there were updates of improvements. The sizing of balloon is fixed. I am an amateur cartoonist. I will be using this app a lot in the future for my cartoons. Thank you for this app!

There's an annoying red dot at the end of the speech bubble's tail. Must be an attempt to force an upgrade, right? ---------------------------- Update: Advised that the annoying red dot can be hidden in app preferences. Rating now back to 5 stars.

Hello…I can Save a regular bubble picture but if I put a frame on it…I can’t!!! I click the Square thingy at the bottom & a box comes up to send it to Facebook, mail, text but NO option to Save image in my picture gallery. I have tried everything…it’s a little time consuming to crop it on your app or even send it to my text and then save it into my picture Gallery from there. I’m sure you understand what I’m saying. It would be nice if you just ADD a simple word on your app “Save” thanks for listening:)
