Balloon Stickies Plus is an application to add speech balloons to your photos easily.

HOW TO USE:

1. Select a photo from photo album or take a picture with camera.
2. Double-tap on the photo to add a new balloon.
3. Tap on the balloon to display Pop-up menu.
4. Double-tap on the balloon to open Balloon Editor.
5. Tap and drag inside the balloon with one finger to move.
6. Pinch open/close the balloon with two fingers to resize.
7. Tap and drag the tip of the tail to change its direction.
