Recent reviews

The login process fails with a message saying not to interrupt the registration process, even though I did not interrupt it. There is also no alternative option to log in to mobile banking using OTPs sent to email or phone number. Additionally, Axis Net Banking is currently requiring an OTP generated only through the mobile app, but the app registration itself is failing at the first step. If the mobile banking registration cannot be completed, how am I supposed to receive the mobile app OTP needed to log in? At this point, the system seems so “highly secure” that even the actual customer cannot log in.

When you try to open the nre/nro account, the digital NRI team will say that at max account opening process takes 10-15 working days. It’s been a month, still my nre account is under freeze. Need to follow up for every single action item from the bank. Very poor response and even if you respond to the mail or WhatsApp chat, then will respond to your mail/messages on the end of the day. Really fed up with account opening process. Now I am worried whether I need to continue or quit here
