Tried to open a NRI account and due to their amazing software they messed up my nominee detail even though I entered correctly for my FD account. Now instead of fixing their software issue they are asking me to close my FD account and open a new one. Are you kidding? How can you ask your client to close the account and reopen due to your software issue. Congrats, world’s first bank to do this?👏🏻 Apple should consider removing this from App Store due to this scam!

I am really done with them I have not seen them improving they have same attitude of satiating Babu towards their customer do not do anything till we raise the issue to MD office. App does not work mostly.
