The Ui is weak. Their service? Weaker. Asked for a pickup at 8:05 pm. 8:28 pm they told me they still needed to find a driver. Uber and Lyft are eating your lunch in app quality and service.

I don’t rate apps but a friend showed this app to me. Over a year trying to uber around the Chicago area and i’ll never use uber again. Much better prices, much better service. Wish i’d known about this sooner.
