التطبيق لا يعمل بشكل صحيح على إصدار iOS 26.4.1، حيث يتم إغلاقه مباشرة عند فتحه (crash). تمت تجربة حذف التطبيق وإعادة تثبيته أكثر من مرة دون أي تحسن في المشكلة. يبدو أن آخر تحديث للتطبيق كان منذ حوالي 8 أشهر، مما أدى إلى عدم توافقه مع الإصدارات الحديثة من نظام التشغيل iOS، وبالتالي توقفه عن العمل على الأجهزة الحالية. نرجو من فريق التطوير التكرم بمراجعة المشكلة وإصدار تحديث عاجل للتطبيق لضمان التوافق مع الإصدارات الحديثة من iOS وتحسين استقراره للمستخدمين. كما أن التطبيق لا يوفر وسيلة تواصل واضحة مع الدعم الفني، لذلك تم رفع هذا البلاغ عبر التقييم
