Hizentra App helps simplify Hizentra infusion management on your device. On the Home screen you can view upcoming and past infusions, see reminders to stay on schedule, and quickly access the Record Infusions feature and related content.

Record Infusions by scanning a QR code to auto-fill date, time, lot number, expiration date, form type, and size. Your infusion history becomes a searchable, filterable digital record that can be shared as a PDF. With secure cloud storage and cross-device syncing, you can migrate data from the MyHizentra Infusion Manager to preserve your records.

Recent reviews

The new version of this app is much worse than the previous. Not only did it delete all my data from the previous version (without warning), but it’s also much harder to use. It’s more difficult to record a past infusion, and it doesn’t allow you to give exact times for infusions. You also now have to click through more screens to record infusions. I wish I hadn’t updated!

The app makes me login like a new user everytime. The previous app was more reliable.

I’ve been using the Hizentra app for several years and never had any issues. I couldn’t get it to load, but figured out had to acknowledge two things before it would load. Scanning multiple vials is now more difficult.
