I really hope someone would see this and actually take it seriously! We really need a new app designed because the current design is way too basic (not in a good way) but in a way that makes me don’t want to use it anymore too slow no Epayment, I understand you guys want to make the app easier to use but it’s actually making it easier to make me us a different app. THANK YOU.

Heetch est le pire service de VTC disponible. Le prix est peut-être intéressant mais le manque de fiabilité n'en vaut pas la peine ! Au menu : - Refus de rembourser les frais d'annulation quand le chauffeur ne vient jamais - Fausse position des véhicules sur la carte - Mauvaise plaque ou identité (peu de vérifications sur les chauffeurs)
