Been banking here for a while, and I have no idea why we still stick around. Looking for banks now actually. Let’s start by saying this CU has some perks, but most banks do. The next is that the app sucks!! It’s stale looking, it’s slow, glitches, freezes etc. Developers need to get the app looking and working better. BUT my worst experience is that, I get merchants randomly try to take payments out on certain days, so hay are not scheduled, and this bank whether they pay the bill OR NOT, you get charged a FREAKING $29 FEE. WTH! Why charge a fee for rejecting a payment, I can see if they paid it “MAYBE,” but that’s a lot of money to charge for a fee. Especially in this day and age! Anyhow, can’t afford to bank here, so taking my business elsewhere. I guess Gesa is for the RICH!

I have worked with several different credit unions and banks with different types of accounts. Not many of them have been great, but this is by far the difficult app to navigate compared to the others. Making transfers with in the bank is difficult. Making transfers outside of the bank is far worse. But the most frustrating thing is trying to link external accounts to the Gesa account so you can actually get your money into the bank.

This App used to work seamlessly with no issues. Now I can’t even log into the app. I get an error with a phone number to call. I called the number their IT department said there is no problem. This issue has been going on for about 3 months. I miss using a functional app that had no prior issues. I’ll be deleting this app and just using their website.
