User Reviews

User reviews show this app largely fails to deliver on its core purpose: opening and viewing protected emails and attachments on iOS. Frequent problems include inability to open encrypted messages or PDFs, missing viewer functionality, and poor file access (no 'share' or directory navigation). The app also struggles with Outlook/iOS integration, often redirecting users to the App Store or requiring clunky workarounds. Authentication problems and tenant/sign-in errors recur, along with crashes and reliability issues. A minority report it works for some setups (Link iQ), but overall feedback is negative.
Pros
  • For Link iQ clients, some users say it is incredible and long overdue.
Cons
  • Cannot open encrypted emails or view downloaded attachments on iOS; no native viewer or straightforward access.
  • No reliable integration with iOS Outlook; encrypted emails often redirect to the App Store or require awkward workarounds.
  • Frequent sign-in/authentication problems and tenant/account errors (e.g., live.com not in tenant).
  • App crashes or becomes unreliable (crashes when printing or sharing; endless loops).
  • Outdated or missing guidance/features (no share option; no navigation to downloaded files; viewer removed).
