"EUAlert!" App: For Emergency University Clients ONLY

EUAlert! is a Smartphone application that immediately alerts nearby trained lay responders to the scene of a Sudden Cardiac Arrest (SCA) or other medical emergency and notifies them of the location of the nearest emergency equipment. EUAlert! also delivers real-time instructions to employees and response teams for non-medical emergencies such as fires, floods, or earthquakes.

Emergency University's (EU) mission is to empower the lay public to respond to medical emergencies, such as Sudden Cardiac Arrests (SCA) and non-medical emergencies such as evacuation with competence and confidence.

Currently, the most common point of failure in providing a rapid and effective response to SCA is the bystander's hesitance to intervene. EUAlert! was developed to empower the bystander to participate in the chain of survival by initiating an immediate call to trained responders. The bystander, with his smartphone application at the ready, can now simply and easily provide the vital link to initiating the emergency response, one of the most essential components required to save a life.
