Recent reviews

What they did: 1. Kept harassing us and insisted entering our apartment without our presence. 2. Double charged for the utilities and locked the door because ‘we didn’t pay for the utilities in time’. While in fact we had paid it months ago and filed a dispute before the due date. It took them one entire month to NOT-be-able to sort it out. 3. Sent plumbers to fix some pipes because it was leaking into the neighbors, without giving us reasonable time, for 5 times in a row. And they were cheeky enough to ask us to stay home during our working hours without any compensation for that. 4. Threatened us of ‘legal consequences’. I’d fall for it if I were not a law practitioner myself. Consider carefully before you sign their contract. Remember that 12345 ( the municipal complaint hotline) is your friend when things get sour.
