Unfortunately the new app is unusable. It constantly crashes and “forgets “ my information. Sad. The previous one served extremely well for many years.

I’ve had a frustrating experience with Carey Atlanta. The system frequently prompts me to update my credit card information even when everything is already up to date. On top of that, I often run into “Server is busy” error messages, making it difficult to complete reservations smoothly. These repeated issues make the booking process more stressful than it should be. Definitely needs improvement.
