I’ve been a member of Velocity Credit Union for over 40 years and am always impressed with their customer service. This app is just one of many examples of how great they are. The current version provides everything thing needed for electronic banking and management of my financial portfolio. The IT team have hit a home run again!!!

This is the worst bank app I have ever used. It use to work fine until they updated it. Now I cannot even take a pic of a check to deposit w/o going to full screen mode whatever that means. There is no full screen mode in the app. The real kicker is the way that they force you to change by making the app NOT WORK. No notification. No warning. No explanation. Just make the customer figure it out! This is the second time this month that they did this. Maybe they are so big now they don't care if you bank with them or not. I heard UFCU app was better
