LaborApp - Time & Attendance

LaborApp is the employee app for everyday work with your company: clock in, request time off, check your hours and sign documents, from your iPhone or iPad.

CLOCK IN WITH ONE TAP • Record your start and end times with a single tap. • Clock in with a QR code too. • Forgot to clock in? Request a correction right from the app. • No signal? Your clock-in is saved and sent as soon as you are back online.

YOUR HOURS, DAY BY DAY • Monthly clock-in history, with the time worked each day. • Export it as a PDF whenever you need it.

PAPER-FREE TIME OFF • See how many vacation and personal days you have left. • Request time off by the day or by the hour and track its status instantly. • Work calendar with public holidays and your absences.

DOCUMENTS AND E-SIGNATURE • Payslips, contracts, certificates and company communications, always at hand. • Send supporting documents by taking a photo with your phone. • Sign contracts and addenda with LaborSign, no printing needed.

WORK TRIPS • Track your work trips with distance and time, in real time.

AND MORE • Light and dark mode. • In English, Spanish and Catalan. • Designed for iPad too.

To use the app, your employer must use LaborApp: they will give you your username and password. The screens you see depend on what your company has subscribed to (clock-in, documents, e-signature, time off…).
