Frequent login/authentication friction (two-factor prompts; credentials not recognized after initial login).

Notifications/alerts are missing or inconsistent (no push/deposit alerts; difficulty enabling alerts).

Recent reviews

The app is not intuitive. It doesn’t recognize any of your credentials when you login after the initial login. After you’ve set it up with all your credentials (username and password) .. you’re in but if you logged out and try logging in again, it tells you that your credentials are invalid. Take it from me, you’ll have to create new credentials each time you want to use this app.

Not a fan of the blueprint app but Zelle has finally been added to Amex business checking! Business checking has been added to native Amex app! Two super great additions. Love.
