DBS Invenio

Run your organisation's AI-built business apps on iPhone and iPad, online or fully offline. Connect in seconds with a QR code and install apps with one tap.

DBS Invenio brings your organisation's apps to your iPhone and iPad. Your team describes the app it needs, the DBS Invenio platform builds it, and it runs right here, even with no signal.

Connect to your organisation's Invenio server, browse the apps published for you, and install them with one tap. Once synced, apps run entirely on your device.

YOUR APPS, ONE LAUNCHER Installed apps appear as tiles on your home screen, grouped by site, so everything is easy to find.

CONNECT TO MULTIPLE SITES Add as many Invenio servers as you need. Each site is its own profile with separate sign-in, data and apps.

QUICK SETUP BY QR CODE In the Invenio web app, open "Connect mobile app" and scan the code, or type the server URL yourself.

LIBRARY AND CATALOGUE Browse public apps without signing in. Sign in to see your own apps and apps shared with you. Install, refresh and manage them from one place.

WORKS OFFLINE Apps sync to your device as self-contained bundles with their own local storage. Use them in the field, on site or anywhere without a connection.

SECURE BY DESIGN • Single sign-on with your organisation's identity provider • Keyphrase-protected apps for controlled access • Access keys limited to mobile sync • Each site's data is kept separate on your device

DEVICE FEATURES, WITH YOUR PERMISSION Apps can use your camera, photo library, location and barcode scanning, but only when you allow it.

READY OUT OF THE BOX Sample apps are included on first launch so you can explore right away.

WHO IT'S FOR Field teams, inspectors, technicians, sales staff and anyone who needs purpose-built business apps on the go, without waiting on a traditional development cycle.

REQUIREMENTS Installing private apps requires access to a DBS Invenio server (cloud or self-hosted). Public apps and the included sample apps can be explored without an account.
