OpsAlo

OpsAlo is the AI operations assistant for hospitality venues — restaurants, cafés, bars and pubs.

Ask your venue anything Chat with an AI assistant that knows your venue: your procedures, menu, tasks, team and numbers. Ask "What temperature should the fridges be at?" and get the answer from your own SOPs. Ask "How's today looking?" and get a snapshot that factors in the weather, public and school holidays, nearby events and transport disruptions. Ask "What's our wage bill this week?" or "How were sales yesterday?" and get the figures straight away.

Run the day

• Tasks — assign jobs to your team, set priorities and due dates, and see what's done.
• Documents — upload SOPs, menus and procedures so the whole team (and the assistant) can use them.
• Training — turn your documents into quizzes and track who has completed them.
• End-of-day reports — capture how service went, what ran out, and what the next shift needs to know.

Your numbers in one place Connect Deputy, Xero and Square to bring rosters, labour costs, sales and finances into OpsAlo. The Numbers page shows sales, expenses, profit, labour cost and labour %, with charts for sales by day, rostered hours, top items and top suppliers.

Never miss a task Push notifications let your team know when a task is assigned, when it's due or overdue, when training is waiting, and when it's time to submit the end-of-shift report.

Built for the whole team Owners and managers get the full picture on a live dashboard. Staff see their own tasks, shifts and training. Invite your team by email in seconds.

Venue-aware dashboard Weather, upcoming public and school holidays, major events nearby and transport disruptions — all for your venue's address, so you can plan prep and staffing ahead.

OpsAlo uses your venue's saved address for local information. It never tracks your phone's location.
