CueRemote is a professional remote for running QLab 5 from iPhone or iPad over the venue's local network.

See the live state of the workspace, its cue lists, the playhead, and running or paused cues. Operate GO, STOP, pause, resume and playhead moves with a clear interface designed for rehearsal and performance.

SAFE, PREDICTABLE CONNECTION • Automatic QLab discovery via Bonjour. • Manual connection by IP address when the network doesn't allow discovery. • OSC communication over TCP. • Automatic reconnection if the network drops. • The connection status is always visible. • When the information is no longer up to date, the interface says so and disables commands that can't be sent safely.

LIVE OPERATION • GO, STOP, pause and resume. • Playhead selection and movement. • Cue lists, active cues and times at a glance. • Switch cue lists from your device: GO always fires the list you see. • Carts: tap a cue to fire it. • Lock to prevent accidental changes during a show. • Warning when QLab and CueRemote show different lists.

PRIVACY CueRemote requires no account, has no ads and uses no analytics or tracking. Connection data stays on the device. The QLab passcode is stored in the local Keychain, without iCloud sync.

REQUIREMENTS • A Mac running QLab 5. • The iPhone or iPad and the Mac must be able to reach each other over the local network. • In QLab, OSC access must grant View and Control permissions. CueRemote never asks for Edit permission.
