Salesre Chat

Reply to customers from one inbox. Salesre Chat brings SMS, Messenger, Instagram and WhatsApp conversations to your team, with AI reply suggestions and a shared inbox.

Salesre Chat is the mobile inbox for teams using the Salesre platform. Answer customer messages from your phone, wherever you are.

ONE INBOX FOR EVERY CHANNEL See conversations from the channels your company has connected, such as SMS, Facebook Messenger, Instagram and WhatsApp, all in one place. You only see the channels your manager has given you access to.

WORK TOGETHER WITHOUT DOUBLE REPLIES Claim a conversation before you reply so two teammates never answer the same customer. Hand a chat over to a teammate, or release it back to the team.

AI REPLY SUGGESTIONS If your company enables AI assistants, get suggested replies you can review and send, and see when an AI agent needs a human.

SEND MORE THAN TEXT Share photos, files and voice notes, and reply to specific messages.

CATALOG AND ORDERS Browse your product catalog, share products in a chat, and follow orders (available when your company's plan includes it).

STAY NOTIFIED Push notifications alert you to new messages assigned to you. Turn them on or off in Settings.

ACCOUNT REQUIRED Salesre Chat is the mobile app for teams on the Salesre business messaging platform. Any business can register at www.salesre.com and add its own staff. Once your company has an account, your manager creates your login here. The app has no purchases or subscriptions; your company's plan is managed on the web.
