Users like its simplicity, shot reminders, and the ability to view shot history and sign in at the clinic without paper cards. Yet many report the app is unstable: frequent crashes, log‑in failures, and getting stuck on Get Started. Data retrieval and clinic-code verification often fail, with broken support pages and diminishing updates. Notifications can stop, and ongoing maintenance concerns suggest the app may be abandoned. When it works, it's useful; when it doesn't, it disrupts tracking immunotherapy.

Recent reviews

When the app works, it is good. It constantly kicks me out. I try to log back in and it says ‘whoops could not find patient’!! This is so annoying. Now I have to go to the lady at the front desk to check in. If she isn’t at the front desk I have to find the ladies that administer the shots to check me in.

This is quite possibly the worst app I’ve ever seen on the App Store and I’ve been downloading apps since the App Store launched. Absolutely atrocious.
