Fishful Thinking is an idle aquarium sim. Stock a tank, plant it out, furnish it however you like — then close the app and let it live. Your fish keep growing, breeding and earning while you're gone.

COLLECT 24 SPECIES Start with a cheap guppy and work your way up to the showpieces: koi, discus, arowana, even a freshwater stingray. Six of them can't be bought at all.

BREED SOMETHING NO SHOP SELLS Pair two grown fish and see what hatches — a Prism Guppy, an Opal Koi, a Celestial Discus. Every fish carries its own traits: Greedy, Hardy, Shy, Fertile, Ancient and more.

CATCH A VISITOR Wild fish swim up to the glass. Win them over in a quick match-3 or bubble-popping round and they join your tank.

PLANT IT AND WALK AWAY Plant a sprout, come back to a jungle. Keep the water clean and the oxygen up, and your plants and fish thrive together.

FURNISH IT YOUR WAY Driftwood, pots, coral, a sunken shipwreck — put every piece exactly where you want it. Change the sand and the whole tank changes: black basalt makes a neon tetra glow, bleached coral sand turns the same fish into a postcard.

PUT THE TANK ON STAFF A little boat feeds your fish while you're at work, and a magnet gathers the coins. Come back to a tank that kept going without you.

IT'S ALIVE It's not a screensaver. Feed them and keep the water clean and they flourish. Let a predator in and you can lose one for good — so be ready to drive it off.

NO ADS Nothing interrupts your tank. Optional pearl packs are there if you want to speed things up.

Your aquarium is backed up to your own iCloud account, so it follows you to a new iPhone.
