Tazkiyah is a private daily journal for Tazkiyah al-Nafs — the purification of the soul. Rooted in the teachings of Ahlul Bayt (a.s.), this Shia companion guides you through a simple three-part ritual of self-purification that has long been practiced among those who follow the path of the Prophet (s) and his holy household.

THE THREE STAGES OF TAZKIYAH AL-NAFS: • Mushāraṭah (Intention) — In the morning, make a sincere agreement with your soul: stipulate what you will guard and what you will strive toward for the sake of Allah (swt) that day. • Murāqabah (Vigilance) — Through the day, remain watchful over your actions, conscious that Allah (swt) is ever observing, mindful of the conditions you set at dawn. • Muḥāsabah (Reflection) — At night, call your soul to account. Review the day honestly — its slips, its wins, and what you are grateful for — as one reviews a ledger of gains and losses.

A DAILY RHYTHM FOR THE BELIEVER: Home opens with a daily hadith from Ahlul Bayt (a.s.) and shows what to do next. Move through Intention, Vigilance, and Reflection at your own pace — morning, day, and night. Build consistency with gentle streak tracking as you strive toward sincerity and self-reform.
