Hey Coach Team

Hey Coach keeps a sports team and the families behind it on the same page.

Your school or club sets up Hey Coach, and everyone on the roster gets access. Coaches send one message and it reaches every family. Parents stop digging through group texts to find out what time the bus leaves.

WHAT YOU GET

Schedule Every practice, game, and team event in one place. Add it to the calendar on your phone so changes show up automatically.

Messages Announcements from coaches, direct messages, and team threads. Families who prefer text messages still get everything by text, so nobody is left out because they did not install an app.

Team albums Photos and videos from games and practices, sorted into albums by event. Guardians and coaches can add to them, and coaches review anything added before the team sees it.

Journal Coaches can ask their players a question and read the answers privately. A quiet way to check in with a team.

AI assistant Ask about the schedule, a roster, or what is coming up this week, and get a straight answer. It only does what you ask and never acts without your say-so.

BUILT FOR SCHOOLS

Hey Coach is run by the athletic department, not by individuals. Rosters, teams, and who can reach whom are all set by the school. Players under 13 do not have accounts, and their guardians communicate for them.

Hey Coach is provided to schools, clubs, and leagues by subscription. If your organization does not use Hey Coach yet and you would like to, visit heycoach.team.
