NXTUltra integrates expense tracking, bill management, appointment scheduling, and document handling into a single app. By specifying deadlines, estimated durations, processing methods, and preparation statuses for each item, the "Task Map" categorizes tasks into actionable items, those requiring additional data, and fixed appointments. A centralized calculator schedules complete tasks based on available time—accounting for preparation periods associated with different processing methods and avoiding scheduling conflicts—while providing explanations for any tasks that could not be accommodated. A "batch save" function records only the plan; associated expenses are generated only after bill payments are confirmed, preventing estimated costs from being mistaken for actual expenditures. The ledger separately displays income, expenses, and outstanding bills. The monthly planner compares pending tasks—offering recommendations based on volume, deadlines, and time-saving potential—and allows for further adjustments to processing windows once a selection is made.
