Tawseelat connects people in Muscat who need something delivered with drivers nearby. You set the price, a driver accepts, and the two of you arrange the details directly on WhatsApp.

FOR CUSTOMERS • Pick the pickup and drop-off areas from the list of Muscat areas and type the address details. • Describe the item and add photos if you like. • The app suggests a price starting at OMR 2.000; the final say is yours. • Up to three drivers can accept your delivery, so you can compare ratings and choose. • Message your driver with one tap. • Repeat a past delivery in seconds and save the addresses you use often.

FOR DRIVERS • Go online and get a notification the moment a new delivery is posted in Muscat. • See the areas, the price and the item before you accept. • Accept the deliveries that suit you and contact the customer directly. • Keep every delivery you accepted in one list.

PRIVACY AND SAFETY • A driver sees your number and full address only after accepting your delivery. • No location tracking and no ads. • Rate drivers, and report or block anyone who behaves badly. • Delete your account at any time from Settings.

One account, two sides: switch between customer and driver in Settings whenever you like. Payment is made directly between customer and driver; the app does not process payments.
