GEMS AND VIP Start with welcome gems and claim free daily gems. Chats, voice features, and special moments use gems. Optional gem packs and VIP subscriptions are available in the app. VIP offers lower chat gem costs, longer chats before characters go offline, and 50,000 gems on joining, then another 50,000 gems every 30 days while your paid subscription remains active. These allowances are deposited automatically and accumulate even when you do not open the app. An unpaid billing grace period does not earn a new allowance. Weekly renewals, plan changes, and moving a subscription between accounts do not restart the 30-day interval or duplicate an allowance.

VIP subscriptions are available weekly, monthly, every three months, and yearly. Your local price and billing period appear before purchase. Payment is charged to your Apple account. Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the current period ends. Manage or cancel in your App Store account settings. Purchased gems do not expire.

Tollie’s characters are AI, not real people. AI replies and learning feedback may be inaccurate. Messages and media needed for AI features are shared with third-party AI services disclosed in the app, only after your permission.
