LOG YOUR DIVES Start with a date and a place. Add dive time, maximum depth, water temperature, visibility and conditions when you have them. Record your buddy, equipment, cylinder, gas, pressures and weighting. Add personal notes, ratings and tags to remember each dive. Choose metric or imperial units for depth, temperature, pressure and weight.

EXPLORE YOUR DIVE PROFILES Add context to supported imported records. Inspect depth and available water-temperature measurements, zoom into a profile and replay the dive timeline. Keep source information and original import files. Manual entries work without a connected device; imported profiles depend on the data available in your file.

KEEP UNDERWATER PHOTOS WITH THE DIVE Give photographs a home beyond the camera roll. Attach photos to a dive, choose a cover and add captions. Match photo times to a dive timeline using a camera clock offset. Return to the reef, wreck or moment that made you reach for your camera.

BUILD YOUR MARINE-LIFE JOURNAL Remember the turtle, ray or unfamiliar fish you encountered. Create personal sightings with notes and photos, then link them to a dive. Browse observations by trip or site and keep uncertain identifications in your words. O8 Dive is a personal observation journal, not an automatic species-identification tool.

SAVE DIVE SITES YOU WANT TO REVISIT Collect your favorite places. Save a site with just a name, add notes and coordinates, view saved pins on a map or search for a place with Apple Maps. Find the dives and sightings connected to a site. Search your logbook by place, notes, people and sightings, then filter by date, trip, source, tags or favorites.

ORGANIZE YOUR NEXT DIVING TRIP Keep trip dates, plans, packing lists and documents together. Connect dives to a trip and look back through its places, logged time and sightings. Save private records for buddies, guides and operators. Keep certification or travel documents locally, easy to find on your trip.

REMEMBER YOUR GEAR AND SETUP Create an equipment library, save configurations and keep notes about personal or rental gear. Record the weighting you used with each dive and set your own service reminders. Bring useful details forward without treating a previous setup as advice for your next dive.

IMPORT YOUR EXISTING DIVE LOG Preview CSV summaries, supported UDDF 3.2.x files and Subsurface XML before saving. Review possible duplicates and preserve original sources. Import authorized underwater-diving workouts and available samples from Apple Health. Supported fields and profile detail vary by source.

TAKE YOUR DIVEBOOK WITH YOU Saved records and copied attachments are available offline. The Apple Watch surface companion keeps recent dive summaries and your trip on your wrist after transfer from your paired iPhone. Maps, purchases and online searches need a connection. Underwater recording is not enabled in this release.

SHARE THE MEMORY. KEEP THE RECORD. Create photo share cards, export PDF dive or trip reports, export CSV summaries and supported UDDF profiles, or make a complete backup. No O8 account is required. Your divebook is stored locally, with no advertising or tracking SDKs.

O8 Dive is a personal logbook, not a dive computer. It does not provide decompression calculations or live safety guidance.
