Attend is the app for the conference you are going to. The programme, your badge, the people in the room and the practical answers, in one place and in your language.

Your organiser runs the event on the Attend platform and gives you your place in it. You sign in with the email address you registered with. A link arrives, you tap it, you are in. No password to invent and no second account to keep.

THE PROGRAMME Every day of the event, filtered by day, track, venue or organiser, with parallel sessions side by side instead of stacked in one column. Save the sessions you want and My Agenda builds your personal schedule, tells you when two saved sessions overlap, and reminds you before one starts. When the organiser moves a room, the app has the new room.

IT WORKS WITHOUT A SIGNAL The programme and your badge are stored on the phone. In a full hall on a saturated network you still have your schedule and you still get through the door.

YOUR BADGE A QR code the staff scanner reads and verifies on the spot. The code carries the event, a badge number and a signature. It carries no name, no email and nothing else about you.

IN THE ROOM Ask the panel a question and upvote the questions you want answered. The organiser's team screens them before the moderator sees them. Vote in live polls and watch the result. Rate a session when it ends and add a comment.

PEOPLE AND MEETINGS If you choose to appear in the participant directory, you can find other participants by name, role or organisation, exchange contact cards, propose a meeting in a free slot, and write to the people who are open to contact. Each of those is a separate consent that you give and can withdraw at any time.

DOCUMENTS, NEWS AND PRACTICAL INFORMATION Presentations, bulletins and conclusions in one library instead of seven emails. Organiser posts and announcements in the feed. Venue pages with floor plans, transport and directions between venues. Pages for speakers, partners and every session.

BOSNIAN AND ENGLISH Switch the language of the app whenever you like. Programme titles stay in the languages the organiser published them in. Light and dark themes follow your phone or your choice.

FOR EVENT STAFF Staff on the door get a scanner. Point the camera at a badge and the answer comes back on the device, with no network involved, so the queue keeps moving when the wifi does not. Partner teams with permission can capture a lead by scanning a badge, and only from a person who has given marketing consent.

PRIVACY Four consent questions in plain words when you join, each answered yes or no, none of them ticked in advance, all of them changeable later. No advertising and no tracking. The app never asks for your location. Your data belongs to the organiser of your event and is hosted in the European Union.

You need an event to use Attend: an invitation from an organiser, or a join code.
