• See each doctor's real availability, pick a slot, and reschedule or cancel with the refund shown before you confirm
• Book for yourself or for a family member you look after

CONSULT FROM YOUR PHONE

• Join video and voice consultations in the app, with in-call chat and a shared whiteboard
• Message your care team between visits in a secure conversation
• Extend a consultation that needs more time, when the doctor's next slot is free
