Quiet Intervals is a simple meditation timer with reusable presets. Choose how long you want to meditate, place sound cues at the moments you choose, and save your routine with a name. Next time, just choose your preset and begin.

Session audio plays locally using iPhone media volume. Playback is designed for a locked screen, Do Not Disturb, and Airplane Mode. Choose a comfortable level on your current speaker or headphones and try a short session before meditating. Calls, audio interruptions, or swiping the app away can stop playback; reopen the app and check the session before continuing.
