Finally! A Fitness App that respects your privacy. No trackers. No account. No ads. Your workouts, GPS routes, and health data stay encrypted on your device, by default.

Eldrulf Fitness is a workout tracker built around a simple idea:

• your health data belongs to you, not a server somewhere.
• No telemetry.
• No account required.
• No ads. No analytics.
• Nothing leaves your device unless you explicitly choose to share it.

TRACK WHAT MATTERS

• Heart rate tracked on every workout type, not just GPS sessions, with average and max heart rate saved to every logged workout.
• Outdoor Run and Outdoor Walk with GPS and live pace, both current and average pace shown in real time, not just at the end.
• Tracked Workout mode for heart rate only sessions with no GPS.
• Push Ups, Squats, and Sit Ups (beta) using on device camera pose detection. No video frame is ever saved or transmitted. Only the rep count is kept.
• Manual lap and split markers during GPS workouts.
• "Add Past Workout" for logging a session you forgot to start.

APPLE WATCH COMPANION

• Stream live heart rate straight to your phone.
• Pause a workout on your phone and it pauses the actual HealthKit session on your Watch too, so your active time stays accurate.
• A Watch face complication and live Time, Distance, and Heart Rate on the Watch face round it out.

PRIVATE BY DESIGN

• All workout data is encrypted at rest with AES 256. iCloud sync is off by default. Turning it on is two separate choices, not one: sync your encrypted data, and separately, sync the key itself through Apple's own end to end encrypted iCloud Keychain so your other devices can actually read it. Leave that second one off and your iCloud copy stays readable only by the device that made it.
• Route maps default to an offline, hand drawn path with zero network calls. A native map is available but stays off until you turn it on yourself, and the app tells you exactly what that involves first.
• Face ID, Touch ID, or passcode app lock, on by default, and it re-locks every time the app goes to the background.
• A Home Screen widget shows your weekly totals. Because widgets are visible without unlocking your phone, this is the one place data appears outside the Face ID lock, and that trade-off is explained plainly in Settings before you ever add it.

YOUR DATA, YOUR CALL

• Export everything as CSV, JSON, or GPX straight to the iOS share sheet. Where it goes after that is entirely up to you.
• No hidden syncing, no cloud backup you didn't ask for.

THE QUIET NUMBERS

• Weekly and monthly totals, a streak of completed weeks with three or more workouts, and a Personal Bests summary for longest distance, best pace, and longest workout.
• Plain numbers only. No badges, no streak guilt trips, no engagement bait.

EVERYTHING ELSE

• System, Light, or Dark theme with live preview.
• Miles or kilometers, your choice, applied everywhere instantly.
• Elevation gain and loss from GPS altitude data.
• Optional spoken pace and distance callouts every five minutes, entirely on device text to speech, no network call.
• Optional heart rate zone alerts, checked and delivered entirely on your Watch.
• Replay the onboarding flow anytime from Settings without resetting anything.

Eldrulf Fitness doesn't want your email address, your social login, or your data. It just wants to help you track your workouts, honestly.
