ShadowSwing turns your iPhone into a swing trainer for tennis, padel and pickleball. Grip it like a racket or paddle handle, swing, and hear the hit when your wrist releases at speed — the same feedback as a mechanical training stick, tuned to reward the whip instead of a stiff push. Pick your sport in Settings: the replay, the head-speed lever and the hit sensitivity all follow it.

FREE HITTING Rally mode: every whip hits. Groove forehands, backhands, serves, volleys and dinks in your living room, the hotel room or the garage.

WORKOUTS Guided drills with a coach voice. It calls the stroke and the count — "Forehands. Twenty. Go." — each hit counts a rep, and the rests are timed. Warm-ups, groundstroke ladders, serve days and cardio minutes for tennis, padel and pickleball. One workout a day is free.

SHOT ANALYSIS Play one stroke and watch it replayed in 3D — a swept ribbon coloured by head speed, ghost frames along the path, the string face, and the moment of peak racket-head speed. Orbit it, slow it down, and see exactly where contact belongs. The court matches your sport: full tennis lines, a glass-walled padel court, or a pickleball kitchen line.
