TradeCalc puts construction math and your saved job calculations together on iPhone and iPad. Work in feet, inches, fractions and metric, see what each measurement refers to, and keep the result with its notes and photos.

EVERYDAY MATH, IN YOUR UNITS Add mixed measurements, calculate areas and volumes, convert units, use percentages and trigonometry, and reuse results from the calculation tape. Memory, saved registers, input undo/redo and repeat equals keep everyday work moving.

Tools also cover wall framing, crown and compound miters, circles, arches, polygons, concrete, roofing, drywall, paint, tile, decks, fences, masonry and more. Tap numbered diagram markers to highlight measurements. Adjust values with live sliders or exact entry and see results update together. Drawing labels reposition to stay readable, with a separate measurement key for crowded layouts.

ROOM TO WORK ON IPAD See your live diagram beside measurement inputs in wider windows. Use the calculator with its tape alongside, compare cut plans beside stock inputs, and keep saved results beside photos and notes. Layouts reflow as you rotate or resize the window. On iPadOS 18 and later, adaptable navigation adds a sidebar in wide windows.

SAVE THE CONTEXT Organize editable calculations in job folders. Add notes and up to 12 photos per saved calculation. Draw arrows, place measurement labels, reuse a calculated value, and move or edit your marks later. Keep photos with the calculation, share a marked image, or include them in a PDF.

PLAN MATERIALS AND COSTS Enter supplier prices directly in 12 material and framing calculators, including paint, concrete, roofing, decks and fences. Compare whole-container options for paint and bagged or ready-mix concrete costs. One Settings switch shows or hides material pricing across supported calculators while keeping your entered prices saved.

Prepare cut lists using new stock or boards already on hand. Enter stock quantities, kerf and board prices to compare material use and purchase cost. Create estimates with material lines, labor, markup and tax, then export a PDF.
