ADVICE AFTER EVERY SLEEP A short, age-specific tip about wake windows, long settling, short naps and night wakings, plus a suggested next bedtime and a one-tap reminder.

NIGHT WAKINGS Mark "woke up at night" and "asleep again": the night stays one record and wakings are counted separately.

HISTORY AND TRENDS Weekly chart, comparison with the previous week, day-by-day history and a PDF report to share with your pediatrician.

SEVERAL CHILDREN, LIVE ACTIVITY, MANUAL ENTRIES A profile per child, a sleep timer on the Lock Screen and in the Dynamic Island, and quick manual entries when you forgot to tap.
