Features & Capabilities

Gym workout tracker that works with no signal. Log a set in three taps, one-handed. Honest numbers, real strength ranks. No account needed. 7-day trial if eligible.

The gym log for lifters who train by the numbers: weight times reps, set by set, with a rest timer on your Lock Screen and personal records that keep themselves.

Notebooks get left in the car; notes apps turn to mush by February. LOGR is a workout tracker built on one honest input: what you actually lifted. Typing weight and reps between sets takes seconds, and back comes a training diary that remembers every session, so next week's lifting is decided by numbers, not memory.

• Powerlifting lives or dies on three lifts: squat, bench and deadlift each carry their own personal records and their own best estimated one-rep max (Epley), from completed working sets only. • Hypertrophy is judged on volume, so best set by volume is kept per lift, warm-ups never count as working sets, and a body map shows which muscles have been getting the work. • Progressive overload is only real once it is written down: last session's weight and reps sit next to today's, so the next jump is a decision, not a guess. • The rest timer runs as a Live Activity on the Lock Screen and in the Dynamic Island, so the phone goes in your pocket and still says when to pick the bar up. • A gym tracker should already know your exercises: 449 with demonstration media, searched by name or browsed by muscle, plus custom ones you add with your own photo. • Strength training gets a scale: LOGR Rank puts each lift on a percentile-style ladder built from your logged numbers against published strength standards. Lifts with no published standard get no rank.

How it works

  1. Build a routine yourself, or let the workout planner build a plan around the days you actually train.
  2. Log set by set. A set can be measured six ways — weight and reps, bodyweight reps, added or assisted bodyweight, duration, duration with weight — and the one you use locks in at the first logged set. A warm-up ramp can be written in at 40/60/80% of the working weight for 5/3/2 reps.
  3. Finish, and the session writes itself into your records, rank, body map and calendar.

The core loop

You rack the bar, type two numbers, and the rest timer starts on your Lock Screen. Time per set is recorded; the next set is waiting when you pick the phone up. At the end, four personal records per lift are rechecked: heaviest weight, best estimated one-rep max, best set by volume, most reps unloaded. Your streak counts sessions rather than calendar days, the training calendar fills another tile in a year-at-a-time grid, and muscle recovery shows how long since each muscle was trained against a stated rest window. Follow other lifters in the feed. Sets are written to the phone first, so a basement with no signal changes nothing. Kilograms or pounds, English or German.

Who it is for, and what it is not

For powerlifting, hypertrophy and plain stubborn strength training — anyone who wants a workout log that survives a training block. It is not a calorie counter, a macro tracker or a diet app. It does not follow steps, running, cycling or routes. No coach watching your form, no automatic rep counting: you lift, you log, it counts.

Log your first set today; next week you will have something to beat.
