TIMERS Pick 15 minutes to 8 hours, set your own length, or play until you stop. Choose a gentle fade or a clean stop. Dim the whole screen at your bedside, from the player or a routine.

BREATHING Six practices: long exhale, even breathing, box breathing, 4-7-8, double inhale and a ten-minute body scan. Follow the animated guide, with optional spoken cues and haptics. Every practice is free. You can save finished sessions to Apple Health as mindful minutes.

BACKGROUND PLAYBACK Sounds keep playing when you lock your phone or switch apps, with lock-screen controls and AirPlay. Turn off Lock Screen artwork for a darker screen at night.
