Animals for Littles!

Ten friendly animals, eleven little games. Line them up, count bananas, dig the fox out of the maze, play the lion's piano, hear a story. No ads, no tracking.

Animals for Littles! is a playground of eleven little games for young kids, all played with the same ten friendly animals: a cat, a dog, a rabbit, a frog, a pig, a fox, an elephant, a lion, a duck and a monkey. Every animal is soft and squishy. Pick one up and it dangles, drop it and it lands with a wobble.

A warm child's voice guides every game, so kids who can't read yet can play on their own.

THE GAMES

Stars are saved on the device, and parents can reset them in Settings.

• Line up: the voice asks for an animal at the front, the middle or the end of the line. Drag it there and the others shuffle over.
• Duck Duck Goose: the duck hops along the heads, "Duck, duck, duck... GOOSE!" Race the goose to the front before the duck gets there.
• Bananas: tap each banana to count it out loud, then pick the number. The monkey eats them.
• Fox maze: help the fox dig his way out of the burrow to his den.
• Frog logs: hop the frog across the river on drifting logs.
• Missing letter: a picture, a word with a gap, and three carrots with letters. Feed the rabbit the right one.
• Three little pigs: build the straw, stick and brick houses and watch the wolf huff and puff.
• Bingo: sing B-I-N-G-O with the dog, tapping the letters as they light up.
• Cat and yarn: fling the yarn ball and the cat chases, pounces and jumps. Leave it still and she falls asleep.
• Lion piano: a real keyboard with real notes. Follow the glowing keys through four songs and the lion roars when you finish one.
• Story time: the elephant reads a seven-page picture story, one page per tap.

WHAT KIDS PRACTICE

Counting, letters and spelling, positions like front, middle and end, listening, music, taking turns, and a little patience.
