Feedsoft Formulation

The cheapest mix that meets every nutrient target. Solves offline.

Feed is most of what a mill spends. The formula that meets your targets for the least money changes every time a price does.

Feedsoft Formulation solves for it. Set your nutrient targets, ratios and inclusion limits, and the solver finds the cheapest mix that meets all of them — with the shadow prices and sensitivity steps that explain why it cost what it did.

Built for the mill floor, not the office

Everything works offline. Formulate with no signal and it saves to your device immediately — nothing waits on a connection. When you are back in range it syncs, and your team works from the same library.

What you can do • Least-cost formulation against your own targets, ratios and inclusion limits • One ingredient library carrying poultry, swine, ruminant, aqua and pet values side by side • Prices and stock held per site, so a formula costs what it costs where it is actually made • Multi-blend runs that allocate one silo across a whole book of formulas • Cost forecasts across a six-month horizon under three price scenarios • Species safety rules that block a release rather than warn quietly • Versions, sign-off, printable batch sheets and spreadsheet export • Premixes authored as formulas in their own right

What it tells you • The cheapest formula that meets every target — or exactly why no such formula exists • Shadow prices: what one more unit of a binding constraint is costing you • Sensitivity steps, so you know how far a price can move before the mix changes • A cost history on every formula, so a jump has an explanation rather than a shrug

Work on an as-fed or dry-matter basis; the app converts and stores consistently either way. Import your own lab analyses by CSV whenever you like — the sample packs are a starting point, not a commitment.
