BNICMS is a management system for business referral chapters. Recruiting members, running the weekly meeting, collecting dues and tracking referral performance normally live in spreadsheets, chat groups and paper receipts. BNICMS gathers them into one system, and the phone and the web show the same data.

MEMBERS AND OFFICES • A full roster grouped by industry, each seat with its own code • Terms and offices — nine leadership positions, each carrying its own permissions • Onboarding is a set-password link; a temporary password is never sent

MEETINGS AND ATTENDANCE • Regular meetings roster every member automatically; optional events are opt-in • QR check-in, or mark attendance directly on the phone • Statuses: present, late, absent, medical leave, substitute • Visitors are invited by a member, approved by an admin, and the inviter is recorded • Attendance reports by member or by event

FINANCE • Fee periods cover every active member automatically, so nobody is missed • Payments, early-bird pricing, write-offs, refunds and corrections — every step auditable • Receipts are numbered automatically and share as PDF • Expense claims: submit, approve, reimburse — three actions, three permissions • Cash ledger, aging analysis, term close and a handover pack

REFERRAL SCORE (TRAFFIC LIGHT) • Seven metrics over 100 points: green ≥70, yellow ≥50, red ≥30 • A strict six-month rolling window that flags any missing month • Import the monthly performance export and the score recalculates • Every member sees their own score, trend, and the exact gap to the next tier

DIGITAL BUSINESS CARD • One shareable card per member: profession, company, ideal referrals, portfolio • Save to contacts as a vCard, or share by QR • The chapter chooses whether its member directory is public

WHY ONE SYSTEM PER CHAPTER Every chapter has its own currency, time zone, language, brand colours and position names. BNICMS isolates data per chapter — you only ever see your own, and switching chapters needs no second sign-in.
