Scan receipts, contracts and notes into PDFs you can find and share. OneScanner brings document scanning, text recognition and handwritten signatures together on your iPhone or iPad, with no account required.

SCAN AND REFINE • Capture multiple pages or import selected photos and PDFs. • Adjust four corners, correct perspective and rotate pages. Review an automatic edge suggestion before applying it. • Choose enhanced color, grayscale or black and white. • Place both sides of an ID card on one PDF page.

EXTRACT TEXT • Recognize text on your device, then copy it or export a TXT file. • Add recognized text to a searchable PDF. • Search your library by document title, tags or recognized content.

SIGN AND COVER DETAILS • Draw a signature or reuse one of up to 10 saved templates. • Move and resize a signature before applying it to the page. • Cover sensitive areas with opaque redactions, then review the export.

ORGANIZE AND SHARE • Sort documents into folders, add tags and mark favorites. • Merge or duplicate documents, reorder pages and recover items from Trash. • Export PDF, JPEG, page images in ZIP, or plain text. Choose A4, Letter or original page dimensions and adjust image quality. • Share and print through the system sheet. Export selected documents as separate PDFs in one ZIP.

YOUR DOCUMENTS, ON YOUR DEVICE The library and text recognition stay on your device. Documents are not automatically uploaded. There are no ads or accounts. Enable the app lock to require device authentication when returning to the app.

The interface supports English, Simplified Chinese, Traditional Chinese, Spanish and Arabic, with light and dark themes. OCR language support depends on the device and system version; check important recognized text before using it.

A few details PDF imports become page images. Drawn signatures are graphical marks, not document-authenticity certification. Batch PDF ZIP exports support up to 50 documents, 100 total pages and 512 MB; large jobs may need fewer pages or lower quality. Manual library backups are not encrypted and include unredacted originals. Store them carefully. Saved signature templates are excluded from backups; applied signatures stay with their pages. There is no automatic cloud sync.

Configuration, policy updates and optional feedback use the network. Feedback is sent only when you submit it; server feedback records expire after 30 days.
