Allergy & Trigger Diary is a calm, private place to log how you feel and find out what sets it off. Log a reaction in seconds: pick your symptoms, set the severity, tag the triggers you suspect, add a note, and attach a photo if it is something you want to show later. Over time the app turns those entries into plain answers about which triggers keep coming back, which days are worst, and how severe your reactions have been.
