TASKS THAT FIT YOUR LIFE • Add tasks quickly, with optional notes, dates, start times, reminders and expected durations • Create daily, weekly, fortnightly or custom recurring tasks • Drag to reorder, or sort by name, date, duration, project and more in either direction • Mark a recurring occurrence complete without losing the next one

PROJECTS AND LISTS • Group related tasks into colour-coded projects • Create flexible lists for films, books, shopping or anything that is not really a task • Filter your view and use Random Pick within exactly what you are viewing • Import selected Apple Reminders lists, with intelligent merging that avoids duplicates

OPTIONAL DAILY PLANNING • Keep unscheduled tasks as a simple list, or place them into a timetable when useful • Switch between an agenda and a visual day timeline, and add breaks such as lunch • Detect schedule clashes, suggest another time, add anyway, or push only the entries that need moving while making use of later gaps • Default new entries to the end of your latest scheduled item • Show or hide Apple Calendar events, export tasks to Calendar and automatically remove linked events when tasks are completed or deleted • Enable notifications for individual tasks or for every scheduled task on a chosen day

HELP WHEN YOU NEED IT • Random Pick suggests one relevant task and shows its full title, notes and duration • Search completed and archived tasks, restore them individually or together, and choose when completed work is archived automatically • Customise duration presets, appearance, colours and light, dark or system mode
