Fazaa

A volunteer service for recovering vehicles stuck off-road. Send your location, and the nearest volunteer comes to you — follow their route on the map.

Stuck in the sand with nobody around? Fazaa brings the nearest volunteer to you.

Fazaa is a UAE volunteer app built for one thing: recovering vehicles stuck off-road. You post a request with one tap, nearby volunteers see it, and the first to accept appears on your map with the distance and estimated arrival time.

ONE-TAP REQUEST Your location is captured automatically. Add a short description and a photo if you like, and pick your vehicle so the volunteer knows what to bring.

LIVE TRACKING Once a volunteer accepts, a tracking map shows where they are, how far away, and when they are expected to reach you.

RESCUE CHAT Message the volunteer directly to describe landmarks and the way in.

SOS BUTTON A long press starts a five-second countdown and creates an urgent request. It then prepares a message with your request number and a link to your location, ready to share with the emergency contacts you saved. Nothing is sent without your tap.

VOLUNTEER MODE Turn it on to receive requests near you. Your location updates in the background only while a request is active, and stops as soon as it ends.

TEAMS AND TASKS For organised volunteer groups: create a team, add members, assign tasks to requests and follow their status.

YOUR PRIVACY Your exact location is visible only to the volunteer who accepted your request. Everyone else sees an approximate area. You can report or block any user from inside the app.

IMPORTANT Fazaa is a peer-to-peer volunteer service. It is not a substitute for the police, ambulance or civil defence. In life-threatening situations call 999 directly. Fazaa does not guarantee that a volunteer will arrive, or how quickly.
