Next Horizon Leadership is a private, invitation-based network for chief people officers, chief HR officers, and the talent leaders who sit alongside them.

Membership is by approval. Everyone in the room has held the chair, so the conversation starts where a public forum ends.

THE CONVERSATION A confidential space to ask the question you cannot ask on LinkedIn. Compensation pressure, a board that has changed its mind, a restructure you are three weeks from announcing. Off the record, and moderated. Every post is screened, and any member can report a post or block another member.

THE DIRECTORY See who else is in the network: role, company, and what they have actually done. Ask for a warm introduction rather than a cold one.

EVENTS Live and virtual sessions with peers and with the people shaping the function. RSVP from your phone and get a reminder before it starts.

WHEN A PEER ASKS FOR YOU Notifications are off by default and stay narrow when you turn them on. You are alerted when a member names you directly in a conversation, and tapping the alert opens the thread. Nothing else pushes.
