Formula Frenzy: Math Puzzle

Formula Frenzy is a quick maths puzzle that gives you a small set of numbers and challenges you to build a working formula for every target from 1 to 10, in order, before the timer runs out. Use +, −, ×, ÷ and parentheses — each number can only be used once per formula, but you can reuse an operator as many times as you like.

It sounds simple. It isn't always.

CHOOSE YOUR PACE Every difficulty now comes in two speeds:

Standard — the original pace: 2 minutes on Easy, 4 minutes on Hard Blitz — for when you want it faster and harder: 1 minute on Easy, 3 minutes on Hard

Switch between them any time — your choice only applies to your next round, so you're never caught out mid-solve.

EVERY ROUND IS SOLVABLE Before your numbers are even revealed, Formula Frenzy checks that every single target is actually achievable with them — no impossible rounds, no dead ends.

STUCK? SHOW THE ANSWER If you're well and truly stuck, you can reveal a working formula for your current target — though doing so ends that round, so use it wisely.
