Guitar Toolbelt brings a chromatic tuner, chord library, scales, chord finder and metronome together for guitar, bass, ukulele and mandolin.

Set your instrument, tuning, capo and reference pitch once. Every tool follows, so your chord diagrams and scales always match the instrument in your hands.

TUNER Tune through your microphone with a chromatic tuner. Adjust the reference pitch from A 440 Hz to match other instruments or a recording.

CHORDS Find multiple voicings for each chord, from open positions to shapes further up the neck. Hear any voicing before you play it.

SCALES Explore scales across the whole neck in your chosen tuning, or focus on a single CAGED position to learn one shape at a time.

CHORD FINDER Found a shape you like? Tap the fingering onto the neck to discover what you’re playing and explore alternative chord names. See each note’s role — root, third, fifth and beyond — and when a chord name implies a note you haven’t played.

METRONOME Keep time with adjustable meters, subdivisions and accent patterns. Hold the tempo button to change speed.

YOUR INSTRUMENT, YOUR TUNING Play six-string guitar, bass, ukulele or mandolin. Choose from 13 tunings, including Drop D, DADGAD, Open D, G, E and A, Drop C, E-flat standard and D standard.

Capo settings and left-handed necks work throughout. With a capo, see both the shape you play and the chord you hear: an open C shape at the second fret sounds as D.

SIRI AND SHORTCUTS Keep your hands on your instrument. Use Siri to show chords and scales, open the tuner, change tuning, set or remove the capo, and control the metronome’s playback, tempo and meter. These actions are also available in the Shortcuts app to build into your own practice routines.

YOUR LANGUAGE, YOUR NOTE NAMES Available in English, German, French, Italian, Spanish, Japanese, Simplified Chinese and Brazilian Portuguese.

Note names follow your language's conventions, including H in German where English uses B. Chord symbols stay international.

ACCESSIBILITY With VoiceOver, hear a spoken summary of each fretboard shape and double-tap to play it. The tuner switches to reference tones so you can tune by ear. Reduce Motion replaces sliding and fading animations with immediate visual changes.

NO ACCOUNT. NO ADS. NO DATA COLLECTION. Everything runs on your device, with no sign-in, advertising or analytics. The tuner analyses audio as it arrives and never records it.
