Shift Work Alarm: Roster

Built for shift workers: rotating 4-on/2-off crews in one rule, holiday-aware alarms, plus reminders for meds and water. Rings on silent and in Focus.

Shift Alarm is built for people who don't work 9-to-5.

If you run 4 on / 2 off, rotate on a three-crew pattern, or juggle morning, swing and night shifts, a regular alarm clock works against you. Shift Alarm turns your rotation into a single rule, knows your public holidays, and rings on make-up workdays so you never sleep through an early start.

WHY SHIFT ALARM

• Handed to the iOS system clock: alarms ring on silent, in Focus and on Standby — no settings to configure.
• Rotating shifts in one rule: set the template and start date and the next 14 days are laid out for you.
• Holiday-aware: work alarms stay quiet on public holidays and ring on announced make-up workdays.
• Follow my schedule: mark any single day as work or off and your alarms adjust.
• Every repeat rule you need: weekdays, weekends, specific date, monthly, yearly and custom intervals.
• Reminders: fixed times, repeating intervals or workdays only — good for medication, water and hourly chimes.
• Spoken name: the alarm can speak the label instead of playing a tone.
• Skip one occurrence when you're already awake, without affecting the next.

ALARM VS REMINDER Alarms use the system alarm channel and always ring — use them for anything that has to wake you. Reminders use notifications and won't force sound on silent — use them for water, stretch breaks and hourly nudges.

PUBLIC HOLIDAYS US federal and UK bank holiday dates are built in, including substitute days, and refreshed automatically. Pick your region in Settings.
